Faith-filled Confessions concerning My Purpose, My Worth, and My Self-Esteem

  • I praise You God because I am fearfully and wonderfully made, marvelous are Your works in and through me and my soul knows very well. (Psalm 139:14)

  • Greater is He that is in me, than he that is the world. (John 11:11)

  • I will meditate on the word day and night and do according to all that is written and my way will be prosperous and I will have good success. (Joshua 1:8)

  • My steps are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in my ways. (Psalm 37:23)

  • The Lord knows the thoughts that He thinks towards me and they are thoughts of peace and not evil to give me a future and give me hope. (Jeremiah 29:11)

  • The Spirit of God has made me and the breath of the Almighty gives me life. (Job 33:4)

  • I will think and mediate on the things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. (Philippians 4:8)

  • God has not given me a spirit of fear but of power, and of love and a sound mind. (2Timothy 1:7)

  • I will be married and loved and admired by my husband. We will love each other deeply because love covers a multitude of sins. (1Peter 4:8)

  • I will be completely humble, gentle, and patient bearing with others in love. Making every effort to keep the unity of the spirit through the bond of peace. (Ephesians 4:2-3)

  • I will train up my children in the way in which they should go so as they get older they will not depart. (Proverbs 22:6)

  • I will submit to my own husband as to the Lord. (Ephesians 5:22)

  • I will continually speak words that are spirit and that are life. (John 6:63)

  • For I am the Lord’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works which God created beforehand that I should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)

  • I will trust in the Lord with all of my heart, and I will not lean to my own understanding. But in all of my ways I will acknowledge the Lord and He shall direct my path. (Proverbs 3:5-6)

  • I am confident that the Lord who has begun a good work in me will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. (Philippians 1:6)

  • I am blessed because I have believed and God will fulfill all that He has told me. (Luke 1:45)

  • As a woman of God I will not lie or get drunk but I will pursue holy behavior and use my life to teach what is good. (Titus 2:3)

  • I am in Christ and He has made me a new creation. Old ways, habits, behaviors, and attitudes have passed away and all things have become new. (2Corinthians 5:17)

  • I will continually draw near to the Lord with a true heart in full assurance of faith (for the plans and purpose He has for me), having my heart sprinkled from an evil conscience and my body washed with pure water. I will hold fast to my confession of hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. (Hebrews 10:22-23)

  • I walk by faith and not by the circumstances, situations, or environments that may surround me. (2Corinthains 5:7)

  • I have set the Lord before me because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. (Psalm 16:8)

  • The Lord has promised me to fear not because He is with me. I will not be dismayed for God is God and He will strengthen me and help me and uphold me with His righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)

  • I know that God is for me so no one shall be against me. (Romans 8:31)

  • God is equipping me to preach the word and I will be ready in season and out of season. I will be gifted to convince, rebuke, and exhort with all longsuffering and teaching. (2Timothy 4:2)

  • My worth is far above rubies and I’m girded up with strength. I’m clothed in strength and honor and I open my mouth with wisdom and kindness. My husband and children call me blessed and I watch over the ways of my household. (Proverbs 31:10-31)

  • I know that in all things God will work for the good because I love Him and have been called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28)

  • I will continually endure and wait patiently and obtain God’s promises. (Hebrews 6:15)

  • I will be strong and of good courage. I will not be afraid or dismayed for the Lord my God is with me everywhere that I go. (Joshua 1:9)

  • I will always rejoice in hope, and be patient in my trials and tribulations and continue steadfast in prayer. (Romans 12:12)

  • The yoke of the Lord in my life will be easy and His burden will be light. (Matthew 11:30)

  • I know that God will do everything in my life and that NO purpose of His will be withheld. (Job 42:2)

  • The fruit of the Spirit will continually be a part of my everyday character. So I will walk, talk, minister, and behave with love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. (Galatians 5:22)

  • The word of God gives me life every day. (Psalm 119:50)

  • I am victorious in everything I do and in every situation I encounter because the Lord my God who goes with me, fights for me against my enemies to save me and give me the victory. (Deuteronomy 30:4)

  • I am full of faith in Christ Jesus. For I have been born of God and have overcome the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world… My Faith! (1John 5:4)

  • I am free from the hands of the enemy and he has no authority in my life or the life of my family. I may be hard pressed on every side, but I am not crushed; perplexed but not in despair; persecuted but not forsaken; struck down but not destroyed. I have victory in every area of my life. (2Corinthians 4:8-9)

  • I serve my husband, my family and friends, and my neighbors with a gentle and loving spirit and I am charitable. (Proverbs 31:12;15;20, 1Corinthians 13:13)

  • I always use my time wisely and I work diligently to complete my daily tasks. I do not spend time dwelling on the things that do not please the Lord. (Proverbs 31:13, Proverbs 31:19, Proverbs 31:27, Ecclesiastes 3, Proverbs 16:9, Philippians 4:8 )

  • I am a Woman, a Wife, a Mother, and a Friend of worth and beauty. I have the inner beauty that only comes from Christ. I use my creativity and sense of style to create beauty in my life and the lives of my loved ones. (Proverbs 31:10, Proverbs 31:21-22, Proverbs 31:24-25, Isaiah 61:10, 1Timothy 2:9, 1Peter 3:1-6)

  • The Lord will be a constant and continuous help in my time of need and He has given me the authority to come boldly to the throne of grace so that I may obtain mercy and find grace. (Hebrews 4:16)

  • In all of my daily situations, tests, trials, and interactions I am more than a conqueror through Him who loved me. (Romans 8:37)

  • God is perfecting me, establishing me in my God-given purpose, strengthen me in all areas of my life and my walk with Him, and settling me in everything. (1Peter 5:10)

  • I’m always rejoicing in the truth that I am highly favored in the Lord and He is with me always and I am blessed among women. (Luke 1:28)

  • I am a wise women that builds my house. (Proverbs 14:1)

  • I continuously present my body as living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God which is my reasonable service. And I am not conformed to the ways of this world but I am transformed daily as I renew my mind on a constant basis so that I have the wisdom to prove what is the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:1-2)

  • I am a vessel of honor, sanctified and useful for the Master and prepared for every good work that He has for me. (2Timothy 2:21)

  • I daily walk in the Spirit so I am not persuaded to fulfill the lust of the flesh. (Galatians 5:16)

  • I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:14)

  • I have the anointing of God on my life and the anointing will teach me concerning all things. (1John 2:27)

  • The Spirit of the Lord rests upon me. The Spirit of wisdom and understanding rests upon me. The Spirit of counsel and might rests upon me. The Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord rests upon me. (Isaiah 11:2)

  • I have the power because of the Holy Spirit which is in me to speak and teach the word of God and no word that is the Lord’s will return to me void but it will accomplish everything that I send it out to do and it shall prosper in the things for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)

  • I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might and I will daily put on the whole armor of God and be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. I do not wrestle against flesh and blood but I discern the enemy at work. My waist is girded with truth, righteousness is my breastplate, peace is on my feet and everywhere I step I shall have peace, faith is my shield that quenches every fiery dart of the enemy. Salvation is my helmet and the word of God is my weapon. (Ephesians 6:10-17)
