AI image generators may ignore certain parts of the text prompt you enter. They may even outright refuse to generate any imagery if you enter in a prompt that has an offensive word or phrase.

So for those who want to doctor photos, they will quickly figure out that they have a much better chance of getting away with it by taking an existing face or picture of someone and then adding or deleting objects and/or backgrounds with Photoshop or Pixlr or similar software packages or websites. The results will look more real, and the software will be unable to stop you from creating something gory or explicit or otherwise offensive.
